64. How is Dimmesdale described as he comes walking through the forest? How does his manner change once he realizes he is not alone?
-When Dimmesdale enters the forest his figure is dark and even Pearl calls him the "Black Man" something that is scary and evil. Then once he finds Hester and she tells him the secret his appearance changes. Dimmesdale becomes brighter and lighter as the burden is lifted.
65. Describe Hester and Dimmesdale's meeting. How would you describe their interaction? What important question does Dimmesdale ask Hester?
-The meeting between Hester and Dimmesdale is strange at first. Once Hester tells Dimmesdale who Chillingworth is the feelings change rapidly; first there is anger and blame, Dimmesdale is upset that she did not tell him the secret but when Hester asks for his forgiveness Dimmesdale changes and shifts the blame from Hester to Chillingworth calling him evil.
67. What doe Hester reveal about the truth of Chillingworth's identity? How does Dimmesdale react? What is your reaction to his reaction?
-Hester tells Dimmesdale that Chillingworth is her husband because she thinks that it will make him less crazy and feel better, but when Dimmesdale hears this he goes crazy and starts to blame Hester for everything in that happened to him and why hew is like the way he is. Personally I think is was a little to much because it was not all Hester's fault it was his to.
